I was invited by Contemporary Art Museum Quinta da Cruz in Viseu to create an original exhibition under the theme Gastronomia e o Resto (Gastronomy and the Rest). It was part of a series of four exhibitions helded by the museum on this subject.

2050 was the name of my solo show about future food. The title followed several news and scientific articles about climate change assuming that — if our behaviour doesn’t change — in 2050 we will be living under extreme conditions.
So, what will we eat in 2050? What will be our food made of? How will it be sold and who will have access to it?
These illustrations are a satire about our future and the path we are heading to, but also a warning call.
